14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. To do so, let us know clearly — by email at info@sgkmarket.gr or by phone at 210 6623902 — and include your order number. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but it is not required.

Condition of the products

Please try shoes on indoors, on a clean surface. Products must be returned unworn outdoors, undamaged, with their tags and original box. If a product has been used beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

How to return

Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, to: SGK Market, 249 Vasileos Konstantinou Ave, Koropi 194 00 — or bring them to the shop. The direct cost of returning the products is paid by you.

Refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products back (or proof that you sent them). Extra charges for a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, and the cash-on-delivery fee, are not refunded.

Size exchange

Wrong size? Contact us and we will exchange it for another size of the same model, subject to availability.

Faulty products — legal guarantee

Every product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us — we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, as the law provides.
